Getting Started
You do not need to configure everything at once. A good first launch needs a clear purpose, a small set of reliable sources, a handful of realistic tests, and one website domain.
The first-launch path
- Create a workspace and name the agent for the job it will do.
- Add the website pages, documents, and FAQs that contain the answers it should use.
- Ask real customer questions in
AI Demo, including questions the content cannot answer. - Set the widget appearance, lead-capture mode, allowed domains, and handoff rules.
- Copy the publish snippet into your website and test it there.
- Review conversations and improve the source content when you find a weak answer.
